Terminology

For the purposes of this agreement (the “Agreement”), the Platform will be referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” Users and other visitors to the Platform will be referred to as “you,” “your,” or “User.” Together, “we” and “you” are the “parties,” and individually, a “party.”

Processing and Retention Period for Personal Information

We will process and retain your personal data for as long as required by law or for the period agreed at the time of collection.

Collaboration with law enforcement agencies in investigations.

As a rule, we retain your personal data for 18 months after you delete your account or if your account is deactivated due to misuse. This timeframe allows for reviews by financial institutions or investigations by authorities. This Agreement applies to all Users who trade on the Mulliez Finevox Global website and its mobile app ('Platform'). Users must follow the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing personal information and data protection in their respective country or region.

Invocation

Any reference in this Agreement to codes, statutory decrees, or administrative regulations means the most recently amended version, whether the amendment occurred before or after this Agreement was executed.

Users acknowledge that the Platform may use cookies to monitor their activity on the Platform and collect information, including IP addresses, geographic locations, and other relevant data. For example, we may use video recordings (including audio) to verify the identities of P2P merchants and to provide evidence in P2P order disputes. Additionally, facial video (including audio) may be used for Mulliez Finevox identity verification on third-party platforms..

Limitation of Liability

Although the Platform employs technical and security safeguards to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the internet is completely secure. Accordingly, we make no warranties regarding the security of the personal information you provide and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your personal data.

Amendments to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. If we revise the Privacy Policy, we will inform you by posting the updates, including the new effective date and a summary of the changes. In certain cases, we may also send you a direct notice. Please review the Privacy Policy regularly. By continuing to use the Platform after any changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
